How do I nicely tell someone to leave me alone?

So I’ve been hooking up with this guy. It’s kind of a situationship. I like him, he likes me, we hang out, we have amazing sex etc. Except we’re not ‘dating’. We hang out maybe once a week or so and to be honest, I love what we have going on but I honestly need a break and want to be by myself for a while. How do I tell him this nicely without hurting him?

Three weeks ago, I blocked him without saying anything but I didn’t know how to tell him to leave me alone. He came to my house looking for me and so I had to pretend like something happened to my phone.

Just like that. Really he's either going to respect you decision or he isn't and if he doesn't than it really wouldn't matter if you sugar coated it. I think most guys prefer honesty.
