Is it bad to be “too girly”?

I pay for my own stuff and haven’t asked my boyfriend for anything. He’s only gotten me presents for Christmas and my birthday and that’s fine with me. I mention that cause I could see it being a problem if I expected him to pay for my stuff, but that ain’t the case. He’s never said anything complaining about it, then today we were gonna go out to eat and I said I just need to put perfume and lotion on ; also keep in mind it had taken me about 30 minutes to get ready so it’s not like he was waiting forever; and he said “this is why I never wanted to date a girly girl. You’re the first one I’ve ever been with”. I said if he can have his cologne I don’t see what the problem is with my perfume, but he just rolled his eyes and walked off

Definitely not. You should probably have a talk with your boyfriend about him acting like that. Someone who TRULY loves and cares about you wouldn't care about you being a "girly girl". If he doesn't get over it, find someone better. You shouldn't have to change yourself for anyone.

In certain situations it can be bad, if you're in a hurry and you still got to do your makeup and your hair, yeah it's a pain in the ass.

what i don't like is when women bathe in perfume and guys bathe in cologne it reeks and smells awful.
