what are some key signs that i may or am losing interest for my partner? i really can't tell if its because my mental health is getting bad again or if im really just losing the interest

As someone who has their own share of mental health issues, it’s not always losing interest. You have your good days and bad days, some of the latter you may have little interest in things including your SO.

If it’s just normal losing interest, you’ll likely have no interest no matter how good you’re feeling. Sometimes people just grow apart too or want different things.

to begin with, i liked him for a month or two before we actually started dating. for the past 2-3 days i have found myself not wanting to reply to his texts as quickly as i used to & i told him i wanted to end the sexual relationship (we have only had sex once) because i wasn't ready which i believe. i just dont have as strong of a feeling in my heart anymore as i used to, like the "honeymoon" phase is gone and its just bland. my feelings are contradicting themselves because i would do anything for him but i just dont know

this might be the case & we literally have a dance together in a few weeks and everything is already ordered. i dont know how im supposed to build up the courage to explain my feelings to him bc he is one of the sweetest people i have ever met and i dont like seeing people i care about hurt. as well as this, my family loves him :((
