Why do people not just focus on who makes them happy rather then trying to impress everyone of the other sex?

Summeroflove

I know we have soulmates. Obviously people should try to better themselves and improve. But when someone rejects someone either before or after going on a date or few. Does not always mean there is something wrong with you or them. This is why we date... To see who you're compatible with.

Sometimes you might not see eye to eye on politics, religion, and dating standards. Sometimes it just means it isn't meant to be.

Stop trying to change yourself men and women into someone you're not. You have someone out there for you. Now... You SHOULD have high standards and know what YOU also want out of a relationship and the kind of person you want. You should not force yourself to be with someone who you're not happy with. There is someone else out there for you.

But also you need to know the difference between having high standards and unreasonable standards. Sometimes if you have too high of standards or even double standards. Then you really limit your dating pool... As well as even if you find the kind of man or woman you want... Then they reject you... Well now you're back to square one.

Why do people not just focus on who makes them happy rather then trying to impress everyone of the other sex?
