Is it normal for my boyfriend’s brother to be jealous of him spending time with me?

i’ve been in a relationship with my boyfriend not that long, aka 3 weeks, at first i told him i can’t wait to meet his brother and sister but he told me that his brother isn’t ready to meet me. i said it’s ok since we just met but recently i’ve been noticing that he just doesn’t like me. he told my boyfriend that he’s mad at him because my boyfriend is spending more time with me. i wanted to say to him that sounds controlling but i just let it slide. my boyfriend also told me i can’t meet his friends or go out with him whenever he goes out because his brother needs to invite me but i’m always invited on his end. this is driving me kinda crazy because i feel like i can’t even text him because his brother will get mad.

i only get to spend time with him once a week im lucky if it’s 2 times a week. if y’all have some advise lmk cause i really need to sort this out.

It would depend on the age of his brother. If his brother is a lot younger, and he doesn't understand the concept of a relationship yet, I can see it to be normal. I have a brother that's 10 years younger than I am, when I was in my teens he'd get upset that i wasn't able to play video games and spending time with my girlfriend at the time.

i literally don’t. i always let him plan everything around his schedule because he’s more busy but my problem is not us hanging out my problem is the brother who literally said and i quote “you are always on your phone texting her and calling her and you hang out with her to much” that’s why i’m saying we hang out once a fucking week and that’s if his brother even lets him.

Then he's likely right. If you're ALWAYS with him, then you're likely ALWAYS with him, and his brother feels left out. I'm telling you, you should watch Boy Meets World, and really watch that scene
