Why I find difficult to ask the guy I really like for a date, and why the guy I love him as a friend was so easy to ask for a date?

I really like him and wish him to be mine. we're close but I find difficult to ask him out.

and for the other guy was so easy to ask for that, I love him platonic, I've been knew him for so long, we shared our problem together., the first date was good. we haven't decide when we'll have the next date

Because one guy is money in the bank. He's known, safe, shown you a level of loyalty but also because on an instinctual level, you know you have a better long term chance with someone who's already a friend. Someone you understand and know loves you.

The other guy is the opposite. He's like an asset who's value you can't know until after a long and uncertain future. And he could be worth everything in the world and for all you know you don't mean anything to eachother.

And by the time you have an answer to that question if your friend hasn't moved on, you might just lose respect for him by then.

Coz the guy whom u liked so much you have this fear that maybe your friendship can get to an end after asking this. And it's really hard to ask the person for date whom u have feelings for.
