Do you think he knows I have feelings for him?

I have been talking to this guy for a while. We have been on a few dates but live 3 hours away from each other so we don't see each other all that often. He is going back to his country for school soon but was telling me how he might stay a week or two longer before he goes back. I told him that is a really good idea. He said " I think I know why you want me to stay but I want to ask why just to be sure," I said I wasn't ready for him to go back yet and that I don't want him to leave so soon. He said "Perfect 😘". Do you think he knows I have feelings for him or do you think he has feelings for me from his response?

If you're really looking forward to move this forward with this guy, then let me ask you one thing... have your guys discussed about you're future plans in your life?
Because one time will come and you have to do that and see whether you guys fit into each others plans...
Like you said he is moving back to his country... so you guys are Okey if at one point one of you need to leave your country to live with each other... if yes then great... look for other perspectives also...
If everything is fine then go ahead...
If not then its better to end it before you guys get into each other... it would be much harder at that time...

Of course he does. Just a little advice , make sure that you have feelings with a purpose because it seems like this is about to be a very long distance situation
