He is 8 years younger than me but I would still date him because he is a nice guy. I asked if he would ever hang out with me outside of work and he said he would and is coming to my birthday party in a couple weeks, we make each other laugh all the time, he held the door open for me the other night when we were leaving but doesn't really do that for the others at night, my dad went into the store to buy something and he asked how I was doing even though I had just left 2 hours ago, when I was leaving and he was cashing me out, he made a joke that a flower fell and asked "do you want a flower?" He seems like a shy guy who isn't very experienced with girls so if he nervous and lowkey flirting in his own way to show interest?
