there’s this boy at school who I’ve known for 7 years. we go to the same school but share different class schedules.
although we don’t have any classes with one another, i often times find myself seeing him in the hallways, or even after school sometimes.
one thing i notice that he does is that every time he sees me, he always says “hi (and my name)”. he also tries to hug me, after he says this.
sometimes he would even ask me if i want a hug or if he can hug me. when this happens i allow him to hug me but when he does, he opens both of his arms wide and gives in.
when he sees me outside (after school) he always makes an effort to come up to me and greet me.
often times when he does this, he is always with his friend. did i mention that i often catch his friend looking at me in class. like i would see his friend look my way when a boy is talking to me (specifically this boy who flirts with me in my math class).
but the way my crushes friend looks at me isn’t out of jealousy or just to randomly look. the way he looks at me is in a way of observing me or just looking curiously.
but yea…
i don’t know if my crush feels the same way that i do.
like i know once he called me his soulmate, randomly hugged me out of know where, grabbed my hand and didn’t want to let go, asked about my personal life, once followed me out of the school, creeped up on me and scared me, tries to have conversations with me, hugs me a lot (especially when i have to leave), always says “hi (and my name)” when he sees me, once said that i was his “girlfriend” and that we used to date, used to playfully bump into me and touch me in the hallways, appears happy around me, smiles at me, seems calm and comfortable around me, once came very close to my face and mirrored me (trying to give me a hug), (etc).
do you think that he might have feelings for me?
(these could be obvious signs that he likes me back and im just second guessing myself or, i could be all wrong about this).

how could a guy do all of this and not like u? he sounds like he does. plus the friend observes u because he knows his friend like u and i guess he just keeping an eye out to make sure no other guy snatches you up
Lol, it literally couldn’t be any clearer. Even if he’s a huggy touchy person, there’s clearly much more than that. The friend’s probably checking you out to make sure you’re okay and don’t break his heart.
