I have this guy friend who is very caring. And help me whenever I want. Usually, we walk home from school together. So yesterday he went to his friend's house, so he said to be safe before he got into his friend's car. He, never said that before. And I have noticed some changes in his behaviour as well. He is looking into my eyes. And sometimes, when I look back, he looks away. He complimented my snacks. And they want me to make some more. And his friends are also teasing me about him, even if I'm not at university. I want to clear this up but am afraid to go talk straight to him. Does he have feelings for me.

Yo it really does sound like this dude might have feelings for you tbh. A few things make it seem that way:

- He started telling you to be safe before leaving, that's kinda above and beyond normal friend stuff

- The way he's looking at you more and then looking away when you catch him, that's a classic sign a guy is into a girl

- His friends are teasing you about him too, guys friends don't do that unless they think their boy likes the girl

- The compliments on your snacks, some dudes will use any little thing as an excuse to compliment a girl they find attractive

- The fact that his friends are teasing you even when you're not around, means they really think he talks about you when you're not there

Seems like all the signs are there that he's developing feelings. I know confronting him direct can be nerve-wracking, but it also might clear the air. Maybe try hinting how you feel first lowkey to test the waters before having a serious talk. Or just hang out with him more one on one and see how he acts. One of you will probably make a move soon if he really does like you!

It's possible he does. If he hasn't done those things before and it's happening on a consistent basis, it's very possible that he does like you. But take that with a grain of salt
