Does he have genuine feelings?

So, there's a guy. We dated back in 7th grade, but that's soon 3 years ago. After that, we've just been friends. I moved schools this year but we've still kept in touch. I think starting from 8-9 grade he's gotten a lot of attention from girls and made friends from other schools. So he has made out with a few other girls. This weekend we talked after a party I had hosted. We talked on Snapchat. A lot happened at the party so we were talking about it and honestly just catching up. He jokingly said I need to make out with someone. I like this other guy and I have for so long so the guy I was currently talking to tried to tell me to hang out with him and all that. Then he said, "You're not ugly so really just find someone to make out with, you can do better than (name of the guy I like currently)." I didn't think too deeply about it as he can be very straightforward. Then he said he could teach me to make out so I could possibly do it with the boy I currently like. I was obviously shocked, but I wanted to see how far it would go so we agreed to meet up. We met up today after school and we found somewhere private. He told me the basics of french kissing, then he pulled me close and started kissing me, literally using his tongue. I backed off cause I obviously had no idea how to do it, but we continued shortly after. I'd say we maybe made out for 7 minutes, he carried me and kissed me at some point.
Does he have genuine feelings?
