My S. O. just left me for someone else, and he accidentally left his credit card in my apartment. What will you do?

I would shred it, make him have to request a new one... that is my extend though as I would not commit fraud by using it unauthorized.
Now if I was a authorized member on his account with my own card, that I might just max out, but only if he is was a cheater... not if he just found someone better.
If he found someone better, I have the attitude of I hope he does great and it lasts and I hope my next attempt will be that one for me. I don't want or expect someone to stay with me, if they think they can do better.
if you know his password, withdraw the money until it reach its limits, then throw away the card. or spend anything you want .
if you're a good person, give it back to him
Horrible advice to suggest that he withdraw money. Encouraging someone else to commit a crime makes you criminally responsible for being an accessory before the fact, or conspiracy.
well if he/she a good person, then the credit card should be given back to the owner
And if you are a good person, you don't encourage others to commit crimes.
@OlderAndWiser 😆😆😆 haha, it's depend on that person, if they broke up in horrible way, why not do that, and if that person knew there's a way to do that without getting caught.
I would have a hard time not 300.00, worth of groceries 3 months of utilities, 3 months of house payment or Rent, and... For my Time and dedication. "Costs of doing Business"
that's seems like a very nice ride though...

It would be hard for me to be mature, but I’d contact him and give it back. I want to look back on my actions and be proud of my choices. Although spending it is tempting, the best thing to do is to give it back.
Hopefully you wouldn’t get yourself arrested. Now would you?
Me? Nothing. I don't know you, where you live, or your SO who forgot his CC at your place.
Return if we're amicable or cancel it if not
No breaking the law that way
Nothing. I am not a criminal.
