Me and my boyfriend have been together for a while, as of late, he started saying I love you so much babe a lot which he didn't before. Even yesterday when I said I'm going to bed, good night and sweet dreams to him he didn't say back like usual good night and sweet dreams. He just said I love you so much babe and today same he said please don't go early to bed I love you so much. Thoughts?
