Girls what do you think about an independent guy?

I've never had much luck making new friends. I try to keep up with people and hang out but everyone works so much these days I hardly hang out with anyone anymore. I'll jump at the chance to hang out assuming they will actually follow through. It's always this that and the other thing as an excuse. Anyways, what do most women think about an independent guy like this?

Well I'm not independent by choice. I just am because it's hard to get people to hang out.
