So I’d say we’re pretty good friends and I developed feelings for her but don’t want to tell her because I don’t want to have them being she talks to a lot of guys and and just doesn’t take anything serious ever. I have gone a few days of not talking to her but I feel bad for her because she’ll text me and I just ignore her but if I respond I’ll just be lured into an endless cycle of me being jealous and attached.

I've been there multiple times when being young.

You'll have:

Option A: Don't tell her, meaning you'll stay being tortured forever while she has no clue about your feelings and keep doing stuff making you jealous.
Option B: Tell her and find out if she feels the same about you. If so... Congratz. If Not, run away to spare the torture.
Option C: You start actively focussing on what she looks for in a guy and try to fulfil that and see how she responds in time.
