Babymama's new boyfriend watching our son?

My baby mama recently mentioned she got a night job. It's from 10 to 6 in the morning 5 days a week. Her boyfriend of a year is watching our son and her other son she had with a different guy for all of this time. I'm wondering, why is this new guy so willing to look after all these kids five or six days a week indefinitely. It just seemed odd to me.

It doesn't seem odd if he loves her and they have a committed relationship. This is your paranoia being projected onto him, it implies you have deeper feelings that you still haven't reconciled with, I would guess at lack of closure about your relationship and jealousy that she trusts him.
