The guy I use to speak to stopped speaking to me Cause he saw me go on a date and misunderstood everything. I mean me and him are not even dating, so I don’t know he overreacted. So I tried explaining but he kept on ignoring me. So then I left it. After 2 months I texted him again! I got good response out of him. He was asking about me and he’s always watching my stories fast. So then I said “feels like I I haven’t seen u for long.” He responded “it’s been a min, that’s cause u meet many guys.” So I said “is this what u really think?” He replied “you went on another date when we was talking, so it’s not what I think it’s what I know.” So I wrote a long paragraph exposing the situation to him! He then didn’t believe it, so I sent evidence with the text messages on how I was going on the date to support my friend. He saw that and replied “fair enough x.” I just ignored that but I wanna start talking to him again. Do u think fe still likes me?

So I basically called him out for being wrong and accusing me of going on a date while talking to him! Ever since 4 days I ignored him he hasn’t said nothing but still watching my stuff

Just because he is watching your stories doesn’t mean he actually likes you. You should evaluate his feelings towards you based on his actions. So far he’s ignored you before, doesn’t believe you when you talked about your situation and just seems to not be very friendly/is being apathetic. Those actions do not point toward him still liking you, I’m sorry to say. If he starts treating you better, than perhaps you could say he likes you again but as it stands now he doesn’t seem to have your interests at heart.

I think it’s over between the two of you and you should cut contact with him and move on. Even if you somehow reestablish contact with this guy I expect it will be filled with stress, misunderstandings, and drama. You are young but trust me life is too short for that.
