Ok so this guy told me after our first date “I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did❤️”. It was really good! He has been texting me and pursuing me for 6months. During the date he even had suggested to meet again. That week after the date we texted but didn’t set a 2nd date. I asked him Friday and he said that his grandpa was in the hospital. I offered my support and said to feel free to talk to me about anything, to what he answered: I will!!
And thank you so much for offering!

What in that makes you wonder if he might suddenly not like you?

If his grandmother is in the hospital, its correct you should be careful to not get in the way too much, making sure he gets the family time he might need just now.

That said, I think he would still likely aprechiate hearing from you, maybe just text to say "here if you need, thinking of you [at this time?]", knowing your okay and that your thinking about him (especially if this is a difficult time, if his grandma is sick or something and isn't 'just visiting' the hospital for some routine thing).

All that said, these days I'm mindful of scammers online. I hear they are willing to go very low to manipulate victims sympathies for profit. Presume its not case here, but will add if you only know him from something online, just be a bit cautious.

If all that is definitely whats happening, I'd say he likely still likes you as much as he did at the start.
