No. It means he is talking to other girls and has female friends that he does not want you to know he has or talks to. These girls may just be friends only but he’s dow does not want you to see how they interact with each other cuz he may be flirty with them on his social media and doesn’t want you to flip out by reading it.
So if you trust him just block him and let it go.
Or
If you don’t trust him make a new profile so you can search him and see who he interacts with on his social media and find out if it’s just harmless friendships or something to be concerned with and take it from there.
