How did you feel after losing girl you really liked?

There is a girl I really like but she rejected me. She liked me for long time as well. Her friends were pushing me to do something about it for months (like text her etc). Then we got closer, few kisses (pecks) and then i asked her out and she said yes. We kissed few times before we went out. Then she was a bit distant and her friends started telling me she is complicated, she doesn’t know what she wants etc. I asked her if she really wants to go out and she said yes, so we went out. But then on a weekend she was again a bit distant and when i asked her if she’d go out again she said it is nothing against me but she doesn’t want relationship now and she is busy. I dont know what i did wrong. It hurts like hell especially when I know i will never have a chance with girl like her. I am going through all these unpleasant feelings you can imagine, just feel like shit. How did you feel after similiar experience?

This is part of why it hurts.

The underlying belief that you'll never do better, and that you want reality to be different than it is (i. e., you want her back).

You're still young.
You'll meet other women you like and go out with.

Learn from this experience, and you'll be better for it.

I suggest you start learning from relationship coaches, such as Corey Wayne, to help you reduce the number of times you feel this pain in your life, and, help you find a happy and lasting relationship.

Asking her whether she really wants to go out shows a lack of confidence in yourself, which is a turn-off.

Talking to her friends about her is not a good move, though.

You might have also not progressed things along quick enough, given that it had been months.
