Despite being young (even 20s-30s) due to special medical conditions some people can't (entirely) have control over holding their urine, hence have to use absorbent pads or wear diapers 24/7. They don't need special care or nursing whatsoever and does not block their everyday life and can have a life like anyone else. Would it be a deal breaker for you, if your date, whom you otherwise like, turned out to suffer from such disease?
If they were a good and decent person, sure, I'd give them a chance. If they had any personality flaws though or I found them to be unattractive, then not a chance. I'd put them on the same level as a smoker; not ideal, but I could manage. I voted option B.

If you love someone it won't matter. If you are deciding on whether or not to date and fall in love with someone like this then that is your decision on what you are willing to deal with when it comes to another person and the current stage in your life.
That would be a case=-case scenario. Public functions etc might be difficult...
I wouldn't care because i myself has to wear a diaper at night because of bedwetting and i know how hard it is when you like a girl but always have to make up excuses of why she can never sleep over until that dreadful moment you tell her the truth and hope she still likes you or at least don't tell everyone about your condition.
Yes, I would date her. She could be a very wonderful person! Her medical issues are not her fault.
Yes I'd she gas great qualities that are within her control
They would just need to get squeaky clean before oral! And not smell like urine at other times.
I would make him wear a diaper
