assuming all avenues have been considered, I have no issue with plastic surgery being a last resort which it usually is. it's shame there's a lot of stigmatization behind for men.

I personally find scars sexy, and I know a lot of other women who do aswell. I don’t believe that covering up those scars would increase your chances of finding a girlfriend. But if you want those scars covered to improve your own self esteem and confidence, then by all means do what will make you happy.
