Do you think it’s worth it for a “cute” girls to get plastic surgery so she can be “hot”?

i feel like i’m defined as cute a lot and it makes me feel like a child or kid. would getting plastic surgery now be worth it to make me hot? i’m 20 years old and i’m tired of being labeled as cute.

If it will make you more satisfied with your body that’s your choice. When you say filler you mean fat transfer yeah? You know you could get fat transfer to your breasts as well and they would be natural because implants are not permanent and need replacements every 10 or so years.

Hot? I doubt that very much. Everyone doing it looks extremely weird. It's a mental illness to keep modifying body parts with plastic. Especially when you naturally look beautiful. I'll never understand it. No matter what , your surgery will stand out , a lot. And in the bad way. Cute is still as amazing as being hot. Plastic surgery will make you ugly.

20 years old is completely young and there’s a reason why you still look “cute” . You haven’t matured completely still in terms of looks. When you are in your 30s you are going to laugh at the thought that you wanted to look older at 20.

Face matters much more for looks. A cute face is the best physical feature a woman can have. You can change a body with exercise, but a face doesn't change (unless she ruins it with tattoos, piercings, short hair, etc.)
