It is not wrong to resort to cosmetic surgery if there is a major aesthetic defect that spoils the harmony of the face or body.

But if your face is harmonious, I would say don't be influenced by social media and don't resort to it, unfortunately today's society has given us a distorted view of beauty.

Perhaps because pretty doesn't cut it. Lots of people are pretty but few are beautiful. I find girls want to be beautiful but that just isn't achievable. The truth of the matter is that beauty fades and there is more to being desirable than just the physical.

You could blame it on social media. I'm not saying that isn't a factor (especially for women). But it's each person belief in where their "worth" lies. If you want to put more stock in your worth lies in what you look like. Then that's you choosing to believe that. NOBODY decides your worth but you.

Probably, most of them are over filtered and probably have gotten a few things done. However, most of them are also attractive without all the filters and surgeries. Just be yourself. Men overwhelmingly prefer natural beauty over plastics.
