Usually, NOT AT YOUR YOUNG AGE. (this varies by what procedure you think you want). This is because your body will change over time, especially if you have children. Your profile says 18-24, and in the lack of more specific information, I would strongly advise you to WAIT.

Were you 48-54, or maybe even 38-44, on the other hand, go for it. But do keep it in mind - be tasteful and sparing about it. Augment, but DO NOT overinflate. Look classy, not freakish.

Let this example of Roseanne Barr vs. Madonna (Louise Ciccone) be a warning. One woman was always homely, one considered a goddess in the 1980s and 1990s. Both undertook cosmetic surgery either to mitigate the homely look, to counteract aging, or both. One succeeded (reasonably, Roseanne Barr will never be considered stunning), and one made herself look silly:
