I am Asian and done with perverted guys from my country. I dated 3 men so far.

I'm a virgin because I believe in serious long term relationships. I'm not a fan of hoe culture.

Majority of these perverts say "I love you, I will die without you, I will marry you" only to get in our pants.

Many girls who are dating Italian men, take those gentlemen for granted.

I would marry such a sweetheart anytime.

But in today's modern era, will it be worth my shot? I don't know how people these days find an ideal partner but still not chose to commit to them forever.

They just want "fun" for good 2 years.

Should I give up on love and promise a life full of goals and achievements?

If you're over dating, just imagine how difficult marriage will be. You have to put your everything into your marriage 24/7 even when you don't feel like it. It's no longer fun and games when married. There will be arguments, there will be times where you may have to validate your partner, you will need to still love him even at times when you feel like you can't. If that person has any demons their fighting, get ready to fight those demons right with them... so yea. At our age, marriage is not a target unless you KNOW you're ready to make that sacrifice. If you want to not date however, just don't date. Spend time focusing on you.

Naaah, I don't think it will? And what about "Italians" specifically? Is it some kind of trend and I'm unaware of it? Bad guys will be everywhere, regardless of ethnicity, culture, religion etc.

Also, like @Bre_0611 said, if you have trouble dating, you shouldn't even consider marrying. Take it slow, start approaching and meet people and you see how it goes. I'm not a fun of "focus on yourself" thing. I mean, sure! Try to do your best, find hobbies and in general get most of your life but I don't think that you should totally give up on dating. And the good thing is that you don't even have to "show" something to have guys interested in you. All guys (the guys YOU want to date, aka the "good" guys) care about is your looks (so take care of yourself and dress nice) and your personality (so be kind, sweet and easygoing). I won't call myself traditional or modern but I believe in give and take. Both should be contributing in a way that suits the couple. Everyone is different. I just want loyalty, honesty and genuine care for the long term. It feels like I am demanding too much.

The best advice I can give you is this; don't get so focused on the ending of your book that you forget to write all the chapters in between. If you have a super specific idea of what your happiness is supposed to look like, you will NEVER attain it. Fabio the philanderer will never be able to keep you swept off your feet for the rest of your years, and neither will any other man; especially if you're also worried about him running off with other women. You need to make sure that your idea of happiness consists of things men can reliably provide. If that happiness ends up taking you to southern Italy where Fabio happens to be ready to rock your world; that's just a happy accident.
