I think that good girls like bad boys because these girls have been raised in a sheltered environment and they are bored and feel restricted and suffocated. So they seek adventure and excitement and danger.

And bad girls like bad boys because the bad boys are what they are used to and they give them a comfortable feeling (even if it is toxic or abusive.)
