A guy at work likes me and I like him too but I’m just scared either one of us maybe will get in trouble which I definitely don’t want he’s literally my dream guy and lowkey looks and sounds like a young Leonardo DiCaprio lmao I’m sorry but he’s too nice should I go for it?

Check your company’s policy and make sure there is no conflict of interest first.

And at least test the water to see if the other person is decent. Last thing you want is a crazy ex stirring things up at where you work.

If the company policy is fine and he seems decent, there is nothing there to stop two adults from dating each other.

Just be careful and keep things civilized. I would however encourage people to date outside of work circle, it is less awkward if things do not work out.

That’s true but I’m always either at home or work I don't know where else I can find a decent man lmao definitely not at a night out but my work doesn’t say anything about dating coworkers there’s a couple that actually works there only thing they’re against is sexual harassment but this is consensual so should be fine not only that this guy has been working here 5 years way before me and never liked or went out with any of the girls that worked here and thank u for your response ☺️🌹

Is it ok? Yes. But. So many work dating/romances don't work out. That's not a statement about you or your coworker just what tends to happen. I agree with the other two responders: say nothing and check your company's policies. Some will allow it if you file paperwork, others won't. Best wishes with this!
