Dating at 28, should I pick women my age or a few years younger like earlier 20s?

Obviously im 28 now and I've never dated, so while having left dating to quite late lol, if you look at me visually in the face, am I someone who should date someone my age, or date a woman more like 24-28? I don't think I should date 18-23, because they're probably not at the same life journey where I am at at almost 30 and probably couldn't keep up with their stamina hahaha. True? Happy to hear all thoughts or opinions if I should date 28 aged women or allow myself to date between 24-28 women.

I would prefer 24-28 with healthy (not sun damaged skin) pale skin, who has a youthful face like mine for their age :) after all, I don't look 28 do I? And then of course it's a little tricky to find someone single, not single parents, and other wish lists versus getting stuck with a potential gold digger either lol hehehe 😋 I'm gullible sometimes lol
