Should I start dating more women in at least mid 20's and not date younger than that?

So I've been using some dating apps like Hinge for a while now. I'm 27 years oold, and my age range is from 21-32. Most of the time, we'd go on one date, still talk a bit after that, and it would seem like things are going well. Then all of a sudden, she stops talking to me. However, I was dating one lady for a few weeks who's 27 years old like me. Sure, that didn't work out like I hoped, but she didn't ghost me. Instead, she was honest with me, and felt like I was moving a bit fast. But she still at least got to know me, and was honest. She's probably the only woman I ever dated that I liked that did that. Afterwards, I start talking to a different lady, starting a new gameplan and letting them initiate the affection. I got her number, but we never met in person. She decides to be like the millionth woman to ghost me. She's 23, so that got me thinking. Maybe women in their upper 20's are less likely to play games and actually be honest with people, plus being more mature and smart. What do you guys think?

Age is a non-issue for me. It's all about personality - exactly what @jessloudmouth said.

If you respected that woman for telling you etc it's likely a less 'feely' woman would be ideal for you - someone who will tell you straight. These types tend to be thinkers, analytical types. Try and go for that demographic.

Also how did you come accross as needy? It's worth knowing your own pitfalls too.

You think I'm not trying to go for that? Of course I appreciate the honesty. And it is all about the personality. I'm just starting to think women in younger 20's are more likely to play games and ghost than women in mid-later 20's

Well you aren't doing a good job if your OP is anything to go by. I don't think that's the case. Latest in my life is young and more mature than most people my age and older.

I don't think age is relevant here, I think it's all about personality. I'm 26 and when I was younger, I would never ghost a guy without communicating with him before. Will only ghost a guy if he isn't willing to accept and respect my decision though, no choice then.

I think it's possible because I'm a lot smarter and more mature than I was at age 23 or so. I think at that age, you're still learning a lot about the world and how people are. Not saying people in mid-late 20's are all smart or mature, but they're more likely to be honest and less likely to play games

Maybe you're right, but in my opinion stay open, age says a lot sometimes sure, but it doesn't say all. :)
