In what ways would you change the dating scene to make it better for you?

I would want people to be forced to do some kind of community service from ages 19 to around late 20s so they can have some way to meet people outside of school or work. I feel people dont know how to have in person communication anymore and I think it would help some people meet others they wouldn't otherwise meet.
