My guy friend likes my boy best friend. He likes him too but he has never been in a relationship with a boy before so he’s scared :( . I caught them the other day they were literally about to kiss and today i took a picture of them. (Guy on the left is my bestie:)) He’s literally so stressed out about this. How can i make him confess?

Please delete this photo, you are basically publishing their face in public without their consent, plus while saying they are gay (even on a website that is notoriously refilled of homophobes). If they are your friends have a minimum respect for them at least, and putting a photo of them doesn't add any necessary detail to your question anyway.

Said that, you don't need to do anything to make him confess, the situation is already pressured enough, that will come out at some point. One of the two will make a move soon. They just need the right situation to talk more privately, an excuse to chat on phone, some mildly alcoholic situation like birthday party, etc.
To not be scared, he just needs to ask the other guy to keep things slow because he has to figure out his feelings bit by bit. Remind him he can always stop everything any time he needs, assuming the other guy is all about consent and would understand him respectfully, without pushing it. If he pushes, well, he can stop him. It's nothing that will "trap" him, neither mark something "forever".

Why do you want a confession if they aren't entirely sure about their sexuality yet leave them be for a while and watch what happens.
However if you happen to hangout with them, let's say a home of anyone of you three and accidentally caught them doing other things than kissing, ask how they feel about eachother if it turns out they do like eachother on a more intimate level and one or both of them ask you to NOT tell anyone, listen to them. It means they still are in the closet and experimenting, needs more time to comfortably come out.

I understand and respect that, but if something ain't happening in a fast pace, maybe it is time to just take one step back from them and paying attention from a little more distance and wait for the right moment.
Just pay attention to the vibe they through off to eachother when your'e around, sometimes that could be enough to conclude your suspicion, but it could also mean they are still only experimenting.
