Is he a weirdo?

So I was introduced to this guy through a friend. I wasn't really into him but decided to go with it to find out if things could work. We're both looking for a serious relo, but that doesn't mean I want to get married to him in particular- this is something he just didn't understand. On day 2 of us texting, he'd repeatedly ask me to confide in him about my personal/work life even after I repeatedly told him I wasn't comfortable sharing things at this stage. He then said "if we'll be getting married, I have the right to know about it."

I don't even know where to begin with this, I felt super uncomfortable and said "I'm not even sure if I like you yet, we haven't even met in person" to which he went "u're so immature u don't even know what u want" to which I said "I know what I want, I just don't know what I feel about you." I ended the call and blocked him, but he somehow reached out to me on socials and tried msging me there.

Is he a weirdo?
