Should I ask her what wine she prefers I bring for our date?

We have our first date tomorrow, we're going to the lake and I wanna bring some wine and snacks. Haven't talked to her since I asked her yesterday and will likely see her today at some point today, should I ask her what wine she prefers to build some anticipation for the date?

My advice is to bring sweet wine since everyone loves sweets unless they are on a diet. Some might say they don’t like sweet wine to sound rich and wealth adapted, but everyone likes sweet wine.

I wouldn't ask. Surprise her by bringing your favorite red and white wines, two bottles. It's often better to do something and see how the other person reacts than to ask them.

Cool I do have a red merlot and a white wine at home so will do that and let her choose :)

Usually you can't go wrong with any kind of red. Id surprise her to be honest. Then let her say what wine she prefers.
