So I have a girl neighbourhood, we know each other very well and we’re friends, but recently I started to have feelings towards her, we’ve been to a couple of dates like legit dates just the two of us, but I’m not sure if she has the same feelings like I do.
But here’s the big catch I’m 21 and she’s 15 🥲 I know that most people will think „you pervert! She’s not mature enough to understand love and all“ but trust me when I say she’s something different she literally talks and thinks like a fully grown adult.
The real question would be what somebody else thinks about this? Is she just too young for me and just let go of my feelings, or should I talk about it with the girl and her parents?

No, she's not "too young" for you and you are not a pervert. It happens to everyone in this age and it makes sense. However, it's asking her out is a very risky move. You may get beaten, stigmatized and even (tho super hardly if you only just ask her out) have legal troubles. She even she's probably the girl of your dreams, it doesn't worth the risk.

Regardless of you intentions, her parents will probably not react positively if you make the first move unless you are rich. The fact that she "looks" and "acts" mature does not really mean a lot. I know, I have been fooled before by girls that acted mature (and were even older than your case). Especially in your case, she's just a kid that hasn't finished school yet. You even said yourself that she doesn't understand love even tho she "thinks like an adult".

What I would do in your case, is keep dating and trying to find another girl but trying to stay close and get even closer (safely) to her. If she also likes you or starts developing feelings in the future, she may express them and if she shows interest first, then you may go for the parent's permission. It's much much safer in this case. If you stay close but she doesn't express her feelings, you can give it a shot anyways but when she turns 18 and she's a fully adult! Then you will have no problems and nobody (including her parents) can say anything to you about expressing your feelings.

Regardless of your intention the reality is other people won't see it that way, it will alienate you and potentially destroy your reputation locally and may even result in vigilante attacks on you. Although you may get on with the parents they may not like it and call the police to investigate you and your interaction with the daughter.

Basically nothing good can come of it. Yes you could "wait" but that can be almost as bad. You are better off just moving on and maybe in a few years you guys bump into each other again when she is more mature

Yeah sorry, that’s too young and this is very groom-y of you. The youngest age of consent in almost all states is 16 (spare of 15 in like 2 states i believe) and each state has age gap exceptions. You are far outside of it, in like a very shameful and gross way. I could say to find someone who’s at least 18 but I doubt my comment and others like it would convince you to jump ship so, whatever floats your boat.

I don't know the rules in Europe, I just know how that works here. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against age gap relationships. But at least with the younger person being 18, which to me is a consenting adult. 15 with someone 21 just isn’t ok. Even if you want for her to get older it would be like you’re grooming her because you’d still try to keep her interest for the next few years and that’s wrong. I definitely vote for jumping ship.
