It's not only OK, it's fun. Surprisingly, I do it all the time and 99.99% of women answer me truthfully without hesitation. So either the whole asking a woman's age thing is a myth or I have some special power that makes women think it's OK to open up to me.

Probably not. Better to get to know her and pick up on clues such as what music and movies she mentions

It would definitely come across as creepy. Try to figure it out in a not so direct way. Like, maybe ask her if she’s going to college, but bring it up naturally in conversation.

i more just wondered out of curiousity but at place she worked has been some girls there before who looked way older but turned out to be way younger so yeah , its more than likely she's on the younger end
