Why is this guy or someone who says we’re in a relationship stop talking to me over something stupid?

I saw this guy and hanged out many times. Over 10 times and he says we’re in a relationship but recently he asked for a selfie and then he replied with kiss emojis but he hasn’t texted me in two days… should I consider us broken up? What are the possible reasons he stopped talking…

It's possible that he's busy but 2 days seems a bit much if you're in a relationship. He might be one of those loser fuckboys that ghosts when they're busy circulating through different women. If he returns ask him. If he texts you again and acts like it was no big deal, he's a loser fuckboy.
