Should I stop talking to this guy?

So he was the one who initiated everything with me from flirting, touching, texting, etc. He would even change his whole busy schedule just to spend more time with me or to see me.

Since last week we hadn't seen each other because I was unwell and couldn't come to office so he kept asking me to take care, to see a doctor, asking me when I would return etc.

Today I came back to the office and he asked me how I was if I was fine now then later I noticed he had a bunch of hickeys on his neck. I immediately got turned off by him and was pretty short with him afterwards. I'm thinking of completely keeping our relationship professional and not engaging in any kind of small talk either. It's the right thing to do, isn't it so?

Well, he’s definitely not looking for a serious relationship with you. So if you do continue, don’t expect him to commit. I would end it.

Well like I said since yesterday I was very professional and to the point with him. I even pulled my hand away when he tried to touch it for which he apologized when he saw my reaction.

When he tried to stay back with me I clearly told him he can leave and there's no need for it. He still came to check up on me though.

Yesterday he seemed hurt by all of this (at least that's what his reactions and behavior suggested) and quietly did as I asked him. Today, however, he was behaving as if nothing had happened yesterday and was again constantly trying to strike up conversations for no reason. I was totally cold like yesterday but that didn't bother him. He got to know I would be on leave for 2-3 days so he asked me where I'm going, kept coming to check up on me, told me to look at him because I wouldn't maintain eye contact with him etc.
