Should I mention our upcoming weekend date when I see her today?

We've had the date planned for almost a week and I will probably see her at some point today. Should I mention our weekend date? Like ask her what time I should pick her up or something? Or not say anything?

Well I did, just don't wanna come across as too needy since we do see each other every day and have been keeping a distance for the most part

My point is, you should already know when she wants you to pick her up. Before COVID-19 hit and stymied most of our plans, my girlfriend and I usually planned a month in advance.
