I think it's sad that as a 33 year old this has to be asked, but I never make it past the 2nd date hardly ever. I have no problem landing a date, but never really get anywhere.

Maybe it's the conversation you're having? Or the two of you weren't well matched to begin with? For me, dates were awesome because we could connect over something and that started a conversation and we'd just talk and agree and disagree and go from there. We had fun together -- there's another option for you. Try to identify something they like to do that you like to do and then do that together.
