Would you girls date a guy you know you could beat in a fight?

Like typically the guy will be bigger, stronger and more aggressive, and be the one to protect you, but what if you were a better fighter than him? Would you date a guy you could fight and win? Would you lose respect for him if you knew you could beat him?

Personally it would make little difference to me. I have a black belt in Thai boxing and now practice another martial art, and I often win sparring matches against guys with punches and kicks to their head, body and groin, but I wouldn’t refuse to date a guy for this reason. Would you though? 🤔 Thank you.

i doubt thisll ever be an issue for me (unless we're including fencing and broadsword fighting) but i wouldn't reject somebody over it

Most of the best women can't even beat average men. He would have to be awfully pathetic if a woman could legitimately beat him when he is actually trying.

Back when I was a white belt I could still beat the black belt men in a real fight where I trained due to a great difference in physical ability. Technique isn't everything. I proved it to one of my Black belt instructors that claimed technique was all that mattered.

Probably not, I'm small and aside from a few kickboxing lessons when I was younger I have no idea what to do in a fight besides go for the soft places (eyes, neck, nutsack) lol so if I could beat him up that wouldn't really be great

@JennaWillow Did your kickboxing class allow kicks to the guy’s nuts? I know most don’t, but my class does and yes, it’s very effective.

@JennaWillow - well that's true, I think most men have an advantage in upper body strength over most women. I just think it's also true that vulnerable weak points (eyes, nose, throat, and - obviously and uniquely for men - groin) can equalize things. I have definitely been beaten in a fight by a blow to the balls even when it was not the first thing she went for, so... can confirm it's effective

Sounds like a great class that allows that. Never seen a class that would promote and allow injuries to another class member. I call bull shit.

@Sadguy4u Not throw up, no, but be rolling around crying and screaming out in agony and missing classes through severe damage like bruising and swelling etc. This is all a common reaction.

If kick to the groin count as beating a guy in the fight, then I would assume any girl could beat any guy in the fight. That would make our dating chances not so great, so I certainly hope women are willing to date guys they can beat in fights lol

I dated two girls that were both colligate athletes, They could do a lot of thing s better than I could. I brt there are girls out there that could kick my butt. I would still date them.

Thanks, I asked the question because I often beat guys when sparring in my martial arts class. Punches and kicks to the head, body and groin, kind of whatever it takes.
