No. That's definitely not a red flag. That's not even a problem.

There are a whole lot of different reasons a girl might be 22 and never have had a boyfriend.

None of them are reasons that reflect negatively on you.

The first two things that pop into my head as possibilities would be:

1. You're maybe an introvert, or on the shy side

2. You're picky. You don't want a boyfriend unless he seems like the right guy. So far you haven't found the right guy.

This really isn't something you should worry about guys judging you for. Especially not halfway-decent guys. They might be curious as to 'the story'. But whatever the 'story' is... you shouldn't be afraid to be honest about it.

There is nothing unattractive, or problematic about a girl never having had a boyfriend at 22. Nobody is going to assume you haven't had a boyfriend because you're undesirable. That's really not how a guy is going to think.

Don't let this trip-you up. YOU care about the fact that you've never had a boyfriend... but nobody else will. 🙂
