Seeing this guy who seems nice but added me only on his public insta acct a gym one but not on the private one like personal acct. Possible reasons?

Met this guy on a dating app after talking for a month. We both live close by in a remote location so kind of less options for both of us. So the guy seems nice n caring tries to talk everyday. But not adding me on his personal account even though he casually mentioned something about that account makes me doubt if he is trying to hide a girlfriend there or something. I don't want no drama. Can domeone tell me why he might be doing so and if it's okay to just straight up ask?
