Is it possible that this guy from my gym fancies me?

He likes most of my pictures and posts on Instagram.
I notice that when I speak to him in the gym, his pupils go huge. A friend of mine started using the machine and he was showing her around and I said hi to her. When I saw her another time, she said to me that when I said hi to her in the gym, the guy in question asked her “how do you know (my name)?”

my training partner has seen him staring at me. Whenever I chat to him he is always really smiley and laughing. When I’m training alone he will usually come over to me and chat. On one occasion I was sat on the floor and he came over to me and started stretching his legs
The other day in the gym I was wearing a sports bra and he smiled at my boobs and then at me.
Recently he saw me in town but I was wearing a dress as it was hot and had my hair down. He said he didn’t recognise me and couldn’t keep his eyes off me. He kept asking me what I was doing in the evening.
Is it possible that this guy from my gym fancies me?
