Should I switch gyms? is this guy harassing me?

I go to a gym that’s really close to my house and for the longest time I really liked it because they specialize in bodybuilding and have top of the line equipment.. however the business is run by some guy and his wife. The guy repeatedly has been kissing me on the forehead complimenting my muscles since I’ve been there. The gym is hot occasionally no air conditioning, leg machines are down (can’t get a proper workout in) and the manager is hitting on me all the time. I feel very uncomfortable.. he sent me this message today to go out of his way to find my phone number and tell me he was gonna charge me 15 dollars for not reracking weights.. he’s done this before and sends me pics of me on the camera. Not to mention everytime I wanna take my boyfriend there.. the fee for just the day is a whole 15 dollars!! Am I being dramatic or is this gym ass?

Yes and no. If it’s in their policy to charge clients for not re-racking the weights and you signed the contract, it is what it is. The same for the $15 dollar a day usage for your boyfriend. When I used to go to other gyms for martial arts because I was in a different town or state they’d charge maybe $30 to utilize their facility. I can understand that. Plus it also encourages you to just become a member rather than paying that fee every time. As for the texting you, again is it in the policy to text in cases like this? If he said hey cutie, or something like that, that part I’d be concerned w. The kissing of the forehead to me is a little concerning. But sounds as though he’s done it more than once so why haven’t you said something? Better yet just leave, find a new gym. Sounds like it’s not that great of a place to workout if the equipment is down, no AC, etc. No I’m not attacking you either if you feel that way, I’m just pointing out there’s options as far as leaving and some of the stuff you don’t like may be in their policy.

Yea I went to check out another gym in the area and thr guy that I was talking to said he went to that gym and had him text him as well

So maybe it’s not just you if he texted someone else. That may just be policy. I mean they ask your number for a reason and if people aren’t comfortable w that they shouldn’t put it on the form. If it’s required than I’d find somewhere else to go or just accept it.
