She loves me but I don't and she talks to my friends. It makes me angry as all of my friends are swayed in her beauty and wants her in bed.

She is extremely beautiful with an amazing body and soul. But all my friends are after her body. I asked her not to talk but little did I explain the reason.

She still talks to them. Is that cheating?

It is not cheating. You're not in a relationship, right? Not exclusive? In that case it's not cheating.

Regarding your updates: yes; when someone wants to date someone we care about (even if not love) it hurts. And, no, I don't think it's your lack of interest. They may just like her (or, as you say, want to have sex with her.)
