What is right or wrong with texting? Might meetup with a person through online dating?

Why are there different things associated with texting? I can't remember some things. I could be meeting up with a person I met on Facebook dating.. through social media. He did reply late, but he thinks he did. Confirmation said it was okay and that sounds good. Before he did said i would like to meetup with you. He did reply. Is that a good side or not.. In some previous relationships, I've been cheated on. How late is too late when is come from online dating?

I'm not having any experience with dating apart from college dating and that was trash. But just Facebook. Has previous relationship experience. Still don't understand that opinion. I was just looking what was wrong or right. Red flag or not. Green flag or not.

Oh, that wasn’t clear to me. If you want something, do you act or sit on your hands. If a guy does not act quickly or make it happen then he’s got other stuff going on you don’t know about or bad character flaw.
