What does it mean when you’re perfectly matched with someone from the opposite sex “on paper”? Does that not necessarily equate to actually having chemistry or clicking with them? What’s the difference?
It means that "ideally," you both have so much in common, or seem like a good match, you would be a good couple.
For example: you and another guy share the same hobbies, interests, personality, and get along with each other. You're both looking for someone that shares the same traits as you.
Most people would assume that you're perfectly matched on paper.
... however, that doesn't mean you like each other, are attracted to each other, or would be an ideal couple.
