I would strongly suggest not "asking." What you should do is to create a moment where a kiss seems to flow naturally. Basically, that ends up being some moment where you're talking alone, and the chemistry makes it obvious to both of you... that it's time for a kiss.

The way I've always looked at it: If you can't create that "moment"... or if the chemistry isn't right when you DO create that private one-on-one moment... that's like getting a "no" (if you were to ask).

When the chemistry IS right... you KNOW it's time to kiss that girl. You feel it; you see that she feels it too. There is an OBVIOUS (but unspoken) agreement that it's time for some kissing.

That's... really the only way I know how to go about this. Create the moment, and if she wants you to kiss her... it'll come naturally during that time. 🙂

Well, that's... more up to you to figure out. But honestly it's not hard to do (if this girl DOES indeed want you to kiss her).

So, if she likes you back, then she should be just as "eager" to have some one-on-one time with you... as you are eager to have some private time with her.

Therefore, you really can use ANY pretext/excuse to create a moment... which should involve in you two talking, while standing or sitting somewhere (i. e. not during a walk... while you're actually walking)

You can use the most obviously stupid and unecessary excuse to get her alone. It doesn't matter if she is FULLY AWARE that you're making an excuse to spend some time alone with her. She wants that too... so will happily go along with ANY excuse/reason you come up with.

Now, if she DOESN'T like you back... then that moment becomes harder to create. (Which is fine... since she doesn't want to have that moment... or that kiss with you anyway). So if she's not interested, you'll be able to see it. Everything from how easily she does (or doesn't) go along with your obvious plans to spend some time alone together... to the way she acts while you're alone together if you do manage to create a 'moment'. It really is super-clear in those moments whether or not a girl wants to be kissed. You'll have to read the signs she's giving you... but it should be fairly obvious.

And, so, rather than "asking"... the way you ACTUALLY 'ask' is by going in for the kiss SLOWLY... giving her enough time to realize what's about to happen before your lips actually get to hers. If she comes up to meet your lips, it's a yes... if she somehow dodges/avoids/stops your slow-motion going-in-for-a-kiss... then it's a 'no'.

(but hopefully you'll already be quite sure whether you're likely to be rejected or not before you get to this point. But that's the 'last chance' way to sort of ask non-verbally)

well basically: If she wants you to kiss her, she will be very open to whatever excuse you use to spend time alone with her. If she doesn't want you to kiss her, she might be less open to blindly agreeing (she might question the reason you give, or suggest a different plan). But even if she does agree to go somewhere alone with you... you're going to have to 'read the signs' to determine whether or not she would be welcoming of a kiss.

But if you don't think she likes you... and really aren't so sure she would respond positively if you tried to kiss her... then you SHOULDN'T plan to kiss her.

You really don't want to try to kiss her... if she's not on the same page.

Maybe you're better bet would be to talk to her some more. Get to know her better. The way to "get the girl" isn't to try and kiss her without any reason to think she wants you to. It sounds like you need to back this whole thing up... and just talk to her. Get to know her a bit better, and let her get to know you better. THAT is a viable plan to (hopefully) get the girl. The whole "kiss" thing... doesn't really sound like it's appropriate for your situation.

Why don't you take the pretext that it is soon new year's and go over to that lady and ask her if you can give her a kiss on the cheek to wish her a happy new year?

That would be the best and most appropriate way to give her a kiss. Unless of course, you don't know that woman and then, this would of course be very odd and she would obviously be aware that you are attempting to hit on her if you pull that scheme on her without knowing her.
