Eh, the age gap is a bit much dude but I wouldn't say it's completely silly either. A lot depends on where you both are in life. Some things to think about:

- 13 years is a big difference at your ages. She may feel like she's in a different life stage, being more settled down.

- Would her friends/family think it's weird? What about yours? Sometimes other people's opinions can matter even if they shouldn't.

- Is she even single? Would she see you as a potential partner or more like a younger friend?

- What are you both looking for long term - kids, marriage etc? Make sure your goals align.

That said, age is really just a number. If you really like her personality and seem compatible otherwise, I'd say ask her out casually and see how she responds before totally writing it off.
